Cancelling a pre-order

Pop Strap orders are pre-orders. Your card is charged in full at checkout, and production begins after the AP × Swatch Royal Pop launches.

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 7 days of placing your order. Email hello@getpopstrap.com with your order number and we'll process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After the 7-day window, your order is committed to the Wave 01 production batch and cannot be cancelled. Refunds at that point are only available under the 30-day return policy below, once your item has been delivered.

EU and UK customers retain their statutory 14-day cooling-off right from the date of delivery, regardless of the above.

30-day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your Pop Strap set to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The cradle and strap must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, email hello@getpopstrap.com with your order number and reason. Once we approve your return, we'll email you instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back without authorisation — returns sent without an approval email will not be accepted or refunded.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong colourway, email us at hello@getpopstrap.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover all return shipping.

If you believe the Pop Strap cradle has marked the bioceramic case of your Royal Pop watch under normal use, email us with photos within 90 days. We'll replace the cradle and issue a refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Items damaged through misuse, modification, or accidental damage
  • Items returned without first requesting authorisation
  • Sale or promotional items, unless damaged or defective on arrival
  • Gift cards

All eight colourways are standard product variants and are returnable on equal terms — there are no "custom" or "personalised" colourways.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a colourway is to return your current item and place a new order for the colourway you want. This avoids holds on inventory while a return is in transit.

European Union and United Kingdom 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Standard return conditions apply: the item must be in original condition, with packaging, and you'll need your order confirmation.

This statutory right is independent of our 7-day pre-order cancellation window and our 30-day standard return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact hello@getpopstrap.com.

Import duties and customs

Most destination duties, taxes, and VAT are pre-paid via our DDP shipping service. In rare cases, some destinations may still levy local charges payable on delivery — these are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
