1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Pop Strap website (getpopstrap.com) or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About us

Pop Strap is an independent accessory brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and sell wrist-strap conversion sets for the Audemars Piguet × Swatch Royal Pop pocket watch.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Audemars Piguet, the Swatch Group, or their subsidiaries. References to the "AP × Swatch Royal Pop" or "Royal Pop" on this site are descriptive only. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Royal Pop watch itself is sold by Swatch, not by us.

3. Pre-order terms

Pop Strap orders are pre-orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your payment method is charged in full at checkout, not at the time of shipping.
• Production begins after the AP × Swatch Royal Pop publicly launches on 16 May 2026.
• We expect to ship orders approximately 1–2 months after production begins. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Final product specifications, materials, and dimensions are confirmed with our production partner before shipping. We will email these to you before your order ships. If the confirmed specifications materially differ from what was described on the site at the time of order, you may cancel for a full refund at that point.
• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 7 days of placing it. After 7 days, your order is committed to the production batch and the cancellation terms in our Refund Policy apply.

4. Product and pricing

Prices are shown in your local market currency on the storefront and charged in the store's base currency at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrectly listed price. If your card has been charged and we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Product photography on the site may differ from the final shipped product. Pre-production renders are clearly noted where applicable.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing error.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide via DDP courier from our production partner. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Most destination duties and taxes are pre-paid through our DDP service. In rare cases, some destinations may still apply local charges payable on delivery — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the courier. Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

7. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Use of product

The Pop Strap cradle is designed to hold the AP × Swatch Royal Pop pocket watch on the wrist. It is not designed for use with any other watch and is not water-resistant unless specified. You are responsible for installing and using the product as described. We are not liable for damage to your watch caused by misuse, modification, or use of the product with watches it was not designed for.

9. Intellectual property

All content on getpopstrap.com — including text, photography, design, logos, and the Pop Strap brand — is owned by Pop Strap or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Trademarks of third parties referenced on this site (including but not limited to "Audemars Piguet", "Swatch", and "Royal Pop") are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products our accessory is compatible with.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of value of your watch, loss of use, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including in some jurisdictions, for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Use of the website

You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive — including attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security measures.

12. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the most recent update date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
