Shipping policy
Processing time
All Pop Strap orders are pre-orders. Your card is charged in full at checkout, but production does not begin until after the AP × Swatch Royal Pop launches on 16 May 2026.
We expect to begin shipping approximately 1–2 months from your order date. Final ship dates depend on factory production schedules and sample approval cycles, both of which we'll email you about before dispatch.
Where we ship from
Pop Strap is designed in Dubai. Production and fulfilment happen through our manufacturing partner, and orders ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) courier directly to you. The shipping origin on your tracking label may show as the country of fulfilment, not Dubai.
Shipping rates and zones
Flat shipping rates by destination, shown in USD at checkout.
Rates may be displayed in your local currency on the storefront. The amount charged at checkout will be in our store's base currency.
Estimated transit times
From dispatch to delivery, not including production time:
- GCC — 5 to 10 business days
- UK, Europe, North America — 10 to 18 business days
- International — 14 to 25 business days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, public holidays, and remote-location surcharges may extend transit time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the factory. Tracking updates may lag by 24–48 hours after first scan, especially for international handovers between carriers.
Duties, taxes, and customs
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, which means most destination duties, import VAT, and customs charges are pre-paid through our courier and included in the price you see at checkout.
In rare cases, some destinations may still levy local charges payable on delivery — for example, if a parcel exceeds an unannounced threshold or is subject to a specific local levy. These charges, if they occur, are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Wrong address or undeliverable parcels
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship at the original shipping cost.
If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, contact us at hello@getpopstrap.com 5 business days after the maximum quoted transit time has passed. We'll open a trace with the courier and either reship or refund at our discretion.
Damaged on arrival
Please photograph any visible damage to the outer packaging or contents before opening, and email hello@getpopstrap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover all return shipping.
